Dye sublimation print
Dye sublimation print is used for fabric prints where the ink sublimates into fabric fibres after the fabric is pressed inside the heat press. The sublimation print can be done via direct print or transfer print.
Direct printers print direct on the fabric. The fabric is then pressed in the heat press and the ink sublimates inside the fibres. Transfer printers use transfer paper and print mirror image. The paper is then pressed onto the fabric in the heat press and the art is transferred to fabric.
Most dye sublimation print materials are B1 rated. Also, the ecological impact is minimal as the ink is water based and all the print media are polyester based fabrics. Our printing centre can take care of graphics with a width up to 3200 mm.
