In the upcoming quarter, a few bank holidays may impact delivery times. Please review the dates below to help ensure your orders are processed smoothly and arrive on time.
October 28: National Bank Holiday in Czech Republic (Establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic) – No shipments will be processed on this day.
October 31: National Bank Holiday in Germany (Reformation Day) – No shipments with Hellmann and UPS will be processed on this day.
November 20: National Bank Holiday in Germany (Day of Prayer and Repentance) – No shipments with Hellmann and UPS will be processed on this day.
Our webshop remains open, and our Customer Care team will continue to process orders on October 31 and November 20. Note that All Saints Day on November 1 will not impact shipments.
Christmas closing
As December approaches, we would like to inform you that our company will be closed from December 23 to January 4. We’ll reopen and be ready to assist you again on Monday, January 6.
Our transport partners will also be operating with limited services around the Christmas period.
- Last pallet shipments: December 17
- Last parcel shipments: December 18
- Final self-pickups: December 20 for both parcels and pallets
Any orders placed after these dates will be processed and shipped starting January 6.
