How can I make use of the free shipping?
Easy! When your invoice address and delivery address is within one of the countries listed below, free shipping will be automatically applied in the last step of your shopping cart for all orders above €500,-. It is only visible in the last step of the shopping cart because it is calculated on the delivery address in the last step of the shopping cart.
Please note:
- Free shipping is only applicable on orders placed on our webshop or via API connection.
- This offer is not valid for shipments to the UK, Norway, Greece or Switzerland.
Offer valid in: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
Pallet costs
There will still be 6,50 euro calculated per EPAL pallet in case of a one-way pallet. For other types of pallets the pallet fee will be calculated accordingly. This fee is separate from the free shipping. Countries within the EPAL exchange system don’t have to pay this extra fee for receiving pallets (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland and Slovakia).
