We take great care in packing the Digital Kiosk, to ensure a safe delivery to you or your customer. It is securely packed in a carton box and protected by foam material and polystyrene plates. We ship it on a pallet, that is carefully wrapped with stretch foil. This ensures the Digital Kiosk arrives in an excellent condition to you or your customers doorstep!

The weight of the Digital Kiosk varies depending on the screen size. For the 43" model, it weighs 110.60 kg, while the 50" model weighs 128.20 kg. The weight per size are also to be find in the table at the product specifications on this webpage. 

Yes, absolutely! We offer touch functionality for the Digital Kiosk by installing touch foil on the reverse side of the glass. Whether it is for wayfinding, product browsing or interactive presentations, touch functionality is certainly an engaging feature for the Digital Kiosk. Your sales contact person would be happy to provide you more information on the pricing and possibilities for this inquiry. 

The Digital Kiosk comes with an electric cable that is 4 meters long. This provides you sufficient length to connect the Digital Kiosk to a nearby power socket. So you can position it according to your desired setup without worrying about cable limitations!

We currently offer the housing of the Digital Kiosk only standard in black colour. However, we are continually exploring options to meet your customer's needs. While different colours are not available at the moment, we appreciate your feedback and we would be happy to discuss other colour possibilities with you.

As a standard, we do not provide the option to order the housing only for the Digital Kiosk. The installation of the screen to the housing of the Digital Kiosk is a very precised and complicated process, and as a result of that, it is decided to not offer it as a standard. However, if you have specific requierements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request throught a customised solution.
