What is the FlexFrame? The FlexFrame is a versatile, tool-free modular system with maximum flexibility. Whether you’re preparing for a major event or setting up a last-minute pop-up – FlexFrame adapts to your needs. Combine multiple frames to create eye-catching backwalls or booth setups. Thanks to its easy connection system, you can configure and adapt your perfect setup at any time and anywhere.
For what purposes can my customers use the FlexFrame? Whether they need an eye-catching exhibition stand, a stylish pop-up store or a high-impact promotional display at an event or public space. With the FlexFrame your customer can create a professional presentation that stands out! The options are limitless with the FlexFrame range!

Can I customise the size and shape of the FlexFrame setup? Yes, you can! The FlexFrame is a modular system, meaning you can pick and choose the height, width, and number of frames to create your ideal setup. Want to increase the height or width of your Wall, add a Storage, place a Roof or Top Banner? Simply select the elements you need and connect them using the included connectors.
I want to build a different setup with the FlexFrame I have. How do I get started? You can build any setting you would like. If you already know what setting you want to create, check if you have all the required elements you need. If not, add these to your basket and easily order these online. Don’t forget to include the new graphics, if needed. If you would like an extra hand, our sales team is ready to support you!
⯈ Assembly and setup
How easy is it to assemble and disassemble the FlexFrame? Very easy! The FlexFrame is designed as a tool-free system, so you don’t need any screws or drills. Simply click the parts into place using the included connectors. Disassembling is just as quick – making it perfect for events, pop-ups, or reusing at different locations.
Can one person assemble the FlexFrame alone? Yes. 1 person can assemble most FlexFrame setups independently. Only for larger settings or when mounting high elements like a roof a second person may come in handy for safety and ease.
Can I connect multiple frames together? Yes, the FlexFrame is a modular system where you can build your own setting as you’d like. You can connect the frames easily with the connectors and create the design you want.
How do I connect 2 frames? Use the connector parts provided, both on top of the frame and underneath, and a plastic clip in the middle for extra stability. You can then remove the foot if you like. For setups wider than 3 metres, we recommend adding a foot for support. You can view this video to get a clear view.
Do I need to purchase extra connectors to build the stand I want? When you order the frames, all is included. However, if you wish to adjust the setup, add new frames to your order later, or keep all options open, you can easily add the Connector Set to your order. Than you are assured to go all the way!
What types of settings can I create with the FlexFrame? To support you, we created 6 settings. Just to get an idea of the possibilities you have. Then it’s up to you if you want to make adjustments in the setting or perhaps the size. Check out the settings we created just for you here.
Can I select a setup I like and add it directly to my basket to order online? No. When you choose one of our pre-designed settings, you can add the needed elements one-by-one in your basket. In our overview you can read what SKUs and the amount that is needed to create the exact same setting.
The reason why this is not possible in one click, is because it’s still a modular system and we want you to stay in charge! But we made it as easy as possible, to put all elements in one page. The only thing you have to do is to add the right amount in your basket, add the graphics and you’re ready to go!
How do I know which parts I need to order? We have pre-designed 6 settings, where we share the types and amount of frames you need of the FlexFrame. You can use this to check what you already have and what you still need to order. Still unsure? Our sales team is happy to help!
Do I need to purchase the Connector Box? This is not mandetory, but is recommended. If you want to have everything included and want to use the FlexFrame in different ways, you always have everything at hand to built the design you want. If the system is used frequently, some connectors may accidentally get lost or damaged. In that case, having the full connector box is very useful.
Can I order additional parts later if I want to expand my setup? Of course! You can order extra elements at any time. Whether you want to expand your wall, add a roof, or include a storage set. All components are modular and designed to fit together, so expanding is quick and simple.
⯈ Materials
What material are the frames made of? The FlexFrame is made of aluminium.
What material are the feet made of? The feet of the FlexFrame are made of 8 mm steel for extra stability.
What material are the connectors made of? The connectors of the FlexFrame are made of grey colour or black colour nylon.
Can I lock the storage room to keep items secure in public areas? Yes, it’s locked by a code – created by yourself. Please note that while the lock adds security, the fabric walls are not designed to resist heavy force.
How do I change the lock code of the storage? There is a small hole on the side of the lock used for changing the password. To reset it, insert a pin into the hole and keep it pressed while selecting your new code in the unlocked position. Don’t forget to scramble the numbers after setting your new code. The default code is 000.
Can I adjust the height of the lock on the frame? No, the lock is fixed onto the frame. If you’re using an Extension Set, keep in mind the lock position will also shift higher.
Do you offer spare parts for the FlexFrame? If you need any spare parts, please reach out to your sales contact to check availability and support you further.
⯈ Size & Options
How do I mount the FlexFrame Banner, FlexFrame Roof, or FlexFrame Storage Set? With the support of the included connectors, you add the element to the frame. Tip is when you connect the banner or roof, to insert the graphic before connecting it to the frame. Since the height is up, it’s difficult to do it afterwards. Find a more detailed instruction in the product page in section ‘Dowloads’.
Can I customise the height of the frame? Yes. The minimum height of the frame is 200 cm, and the maximum height is 250 cm. You can extend this with 30 or 50 cms by adding the Extension Set to your order. This is for both the Wall as the Roof.
What is the maximum height of the walls? The recommend the maximum height of the walls of 250 cm.
How wide can I build the wall? As wide as you want to! We only recommend to use a max. width of the graphic of 5 metres, due to stability. You can choose between 100, 120 or 150 cm width of frames. If you would like a 3 metres backwall, we recommend to use 2 FlexFrame Wall of 150 cm width. If you like to extend it to 4 metres, we advice to use 2 FlexFrame Wall of 150 cm and 1 FlexFrame Wall of 100 cm.
What is the maximum height of the storage room? The storage height can be extended up to 250 cm – the same as the Wall and the Roof – by adding the Extension Set to your order. The storage is only available in 1 by 1 metres.
Can I make the storage room bigger? No, the available size is 1 by 1 metres. It always has to be connected to the wall.
Can I use the storage room on all sides? As long as the Storage Set is connected to the wall for stability, you can mount it to the setting.
Can I use the Storage door as an entry point like a doorway? No, unfortunately it can only be used as a storage room. For stability reasons, it must always be attached to a wall. Using it as an entry point, like a door, would not provide the necessary support.
What is the maximum size of the banner? We offer the banner in one size, which is 3 metres wide. This can be mounted symmetrically on the FlexFrame.
How many feet do I need per metres? We recommend to use every 3 metres a foot to ensure stability.
Do I need to use all feet? No, you can leave feet out for a sleeker design. We only recommend to use a feet every 3 metres for stability.
When should I use which foot? Depending if you want to connect more frames to each other. To connect more frames together, you will need the: Half Foot Double Frame or Full Frame Double Frame. The foot for double-sided use ensures a more sleek design.
If you want to place your FlexFrame against a wall, you can choose to order the Half Foot Single Frame or Half Foot Double Frame. Then you only have the foot stick out on one side, enabling you to place the FlexFrame to the wall.
When to use the single-sided or double-sided foot? Double-sided feet are recommended for added stability and a more streamlined look. You can also use two single feet next to each other, leave out some feet for a minimal look, or mix them depending on the setup. For best stability, we recommend placing a foot every 3 metres.
Can I use FlexFrame single-sided or double-sided? Both! It’s up to you which graphic you will add to it. If you want to use it single-sided, we advice to add a blank graphic on the backside to prevent see-through of the frame.
What colour is the FlexFrame available in? We have the frames available in the colour black and silver.
Is lighting included in the frames? It’s a non-illuminated system. However, you can easily add on the Wall LEDs to the system to put a spotlight on yourself.
How many Wall LEDs do I need to illuminate my stand? We recommend to use the Wall LEDs per (cm/m). You can choose between the Wall LED 116 and Wall LED 50. The difference is the intensity of the LEDs: – Wall LED 116 has 116 LEDs. – Wall LED 50 has 50 LEDs.
Can I connect the Wall LEDs, or are they operated individually? Thanks to the Y-Cable, you can connect up to 10 Wall LEDs to each other. If you use more than 10 Wall LEDs on your system, you would need more Y-Cables. Per Y-Cable you will control the light on your stand.
Can I mount other accessories to the frames, such as a screen or brochure holder? Other than the FlexFrame elements, it’s unfortunately not possible to mount other accessories to the systems. This is because of the stability of the system and there’s no option to connect this to the graphic. This will most likely damage your graphic also.
Is the FlexFrame easily to transport? Yes. There’s an easy soft carry bag included, that makes it easy for you to transport it from A to B and have all frames and connectors included when needed.
How is the FlexFrame packed for delivery? The FlexFrame is delivered in a compact and efficient way. You can find all parts in the soft carry bag. This is packed in a package. The graphics are rolled separately to avoid creasing.
⯈ Prints & Ordering Online
What material is the graphic? The textile graphic is made of Soft Knit material, which is 100% PES. It’s a wrinkle-free knitted fabric of 230 g/m². It’s printed via the dye sublimation (transfer print) technique, which makes the best vivid impression for your graphic! And it’s B1 certified!
I only need a new graphic. Can I order this seperately? Yes. Find all graphics on our webshop. Don’t find the graphic in the size you need? Contact your sales contact person and we will support you!
Are the graphics reusable or changeable? Yes, you can reuse and change the graphics at all time. You only need to check whether the size of the frame is the same size of the graphic, to make sure it fits.
Do I need a graphic on the front and backside if I only want to use the system single-sided? We recommend using a graphic on both sides of the system. This adds stability and is especially helpful if you have a light-coloured design or if light comes from behind. The back graphic acts as a block-out layer, preventing any see-through.
I want to cover several frames with 1 large graphic, Is this possible? Yes. We have set-up various sizes in prints including the print template to make it more easy for you. We have sizes from 100 x 200 cm until 500 x 250 cm available. For an overview of all print sizes, click here.
I need a new graphic for the roof. Can I use the same graphic as the walls? Yes, the graphics and print templates for the roof and the walls are the same as long as the frame and roof sizes matches.
Can I use the same graphic for the storage as for the walls? No, there’s a slight difference in the width of the storage graphic compared to the walls and roof. The storage is 2 cm smaller (98 cm), which results in that it doesn’t fit the wall or roof frame of 100 cm. The storage requires its own graphic. You can order graphic for the storage here.
What’s the maximum width for the graphic? The maximum recommended width for a seamless graphic is 5 metres. Ensure the height matches any connected panels to avoid misalignment.
How does the graphic stay in the frame? The graphic features a SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) border that fits precisely into the frame’s groove. This system keeps the graphic securely in place while delivering a sleek and seamless look.
How to insert the graphic into the frame? Start by inserting the corners first, then gently slide the SEG into the frame along the edges toward the opposite side. This ensures a smooth, tight, and wrinkle-free finish. It’s important to begin with the corners and then work toward the center of each profile, so the silicone edge is evenly distributed. Avoid stretching the graphic from one side to the other, as it won’t fit properly.
Are the graphics B1 certificated? The Soft Knit material is B1 fire rated, which makes it ideal and safe material to use it as a backwall presentation at exhibitions and indoor events.
I don’t see my graphic size online. What do I need to do? If you don’t find your graphic size in the overview, contact your sales contact person. We’ll be happy to support you and think along!
