Dye sublimation print
Dye sublimation print is used for fabric prints where the ink sublimates into fabric fibres after the fabric is pressed inside the heat press. The sublimation print can be done via direct print or transfer print.
Direct printers print direct on the fabric. The fabric is then pressed in the heat press and the ink sublimates inside the fibres. Transfer printers use transfer paper and print mirror image. The paper is then pressed onto the fabric in the heat press and the art is transferred to fabric.
Most dye sublimation print materials are B1 rated. Also, the ecological impact is minimal as the ink is water based and all the print media are polyester based fabrics. Our printing centre can take care of graphics with a width up to 3200 mm.

UV Flatbed print
UV flatbed printing is a printing technology that is used for printing on rigid materials, such as plastic boards, paper-based sheets, aluminium sandwich boards, black writing panels and more. The technology allows for direct printing on surfaces, with the ink instantly curing upon exposure to ultraviolet light. This process ensures vibrant and durable prints on panel materials such as FOREX®, BOND, KAPA® and many more.
With a maximum printing area of 250 x 125 cm and the ability to print on materials up to 10 cm thick, UV flatbed printing offers possibilities for extra personalisation and branding. Achieving resolutions of up to 1800 DPI, this method delivers sharp and detailed prints at speeds of up to 350 m2/hour. Moreover, the UV flatbed printer is capable of printing in white, expanding creative possibilities for eye-catching designs, or printing on black panels.

Latex print
Latex printing is a relatively new, high quality print technology. It uses water based inks and offers great printing and colour quality together with quick production processes. The ink creates a plastic layer on the print media. In this way, the result is very stable and watertight.
Latex print is more ecological than conventional UV printers. Depending on the print material, the materials are fire rated and can be used outside too. Our printing centre can take care of graphics with a width up to 1600 mm.
